This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for services offered by Beluvantris. By purchasing or enrolling in our online seminars and educational programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Guidelines
We strive to provide high-quality educational experiences through our environmental monitoring seminars and courses. Understanding that circumstances may change, we have established clear refund conditions to ensure fairness for all participants.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Period
Participants are eligible for a full refund if they request cancellation within 14 days of enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials or attended any live seminar sessions.
2.2 Partial Refund Period
A partial refund of 50% may be granted if the cancellation request is submitted between 15 and 30 days after enrollment, subject to the following conditions:
- Less than 40% of course content has been accessed
- No completion certificates have been issued
- No more than one live session has been attended
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 30 days after enrollment
- More than 40% of course materials have been accessed
- Completion certificates have been issued
- Multiple live seminar sessions have been attended
- Promotional or discounted enrollments marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
- Services already fully delivered or completed
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellations will prevent future billing cycles but do not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation is requested within the first 60 days of the subscription period and less than 25% of available content has been accessed. After 60 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Event-Specific Refunds
4.1 Live Seminars and Workshops
For scheduled live seminars and interactive workshops:
- More than 7 days before event: Full refund available
- 3 to 7 days before event: 50% refund available
- Less than 3 days before event: No refund provided
- After event has started: No refund provided
4.2 Event Cancellation by Beluvantris
If Beluvantris cancels or significantly reschedules a live seminar, participants will receive either:
- A full refund of the registration fee
- Transfer to an alternative seminar of equal or greater value
- Credit toward future Beluvantris programs
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, participants must:

- Include enrollment confirmation number or transaction ID
- Provide reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Include registered name and contact information
5.2 Processing Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5.3 Communication
Participants will receive email confirmation once their refund request has been reviewed and processed. If additional information is required, our support team will contact the participant directly.
6. Payment Method Considerations
6.1 Credit Card Refunds
Refunds processed to credit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Beluvantris is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
6.2 Third-Party Payment Processors
For payments made through third-party processors, refunds are subject to the policies and processing times of those platforms. Additional processing fees may not be refundable.
6.3 Bank Transfers
Refunds to bank accounts may require additional verification and can take 10-15 business days to complete.
7. Non-Financial Remedies
In situations where a refund may not be available, Beluvantris may offer alternative remedies including:
- Account credit for future enrollments
- Transfer to a different course or seminar
- Extension of access period
- Complimentary access to additional resources
8. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
8.1 Platform Accessibility
If technical issues prevent access to course materials or live seminars for more than 48 consecutive hours, participants may request a proportional refund or extension of access based on the duration of the disruption.
8.2 Content Quality Issues
If course materials contain significant errors or do not match the advertised description, participants should contact our support team within 7 days of discovery. We will investigate and provide appropriate remedies, which may include refunds, corrections, or supplementary materials.
9. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Enrollments made using promotional codes, discount coupons, or special offers may have modified refund terms. These specific conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, promotional enrollments follow the standard refund policy outlined in this document.
10. Bundle and Package Purchases
For bundle purchases containing multiple courses or resources:
- Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual components
- Partial access to any component may affect refund eligibility for the complete bundle
- Bundle refund calculations are based on the package price, not individual item values
11. Transferring Enrollment
As an alternative to refunds, participants may transfer their enrollment to another individual, subject to the following conditions:
- Transfer request must be submitted at least 48 hours before course start or live event
- Transfer recipient must meet any prerequisite requirements
- No more than one transfer is permitted per enrollment
- Both parties must confirm the transfer in writing
12. Geographic and Currency Considerations
All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction. Currency exchange rate fluctuations between purchase date and refund date are the responsibility of the participant. Beluvantris is not liable for any losses due to exchange rate variations.

If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied or handled incorrectly, you may escalate the matter by:

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of escalation.
14. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
14.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
In cases of documented medical emergencies, serious illness, or other exceptional circumstances, Beluvantris may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard refund windows. Supporting documentation may be required.
14.2 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, or other force majeure events. Alternative arrangements or credits may be offered in such situations.
15. Changes to This Policy
Beluvantris reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For enrollments made before policy changes, the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply unless the new terms are more favorable to the participant.
